Caitlin Bell

Caitlin is a clinical psychologist and psychodynamic therapist. Her therapy is relational and insight-oriented, which means she’s about creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s underneath your struggles. Instead of solely focusing on tools and strategies, Caitlin will explore the deeper causes so that change can be lasting, not just temporary.

Caitlin works best with people who, on the outside, are functioning well, but deep down, feel like something isn’t right. Maybe you’re moving through a life transition, navigating big feelings, identity changes, or stuck in familiar relationship dynamics you can’t quite shift. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with Caitlin, just a sense that you want to understand yourself more fully.

Caitlin’s clients are often deep thinkers, sensitive types, professionals, and people who may have tried other therapies but want something that goes deeper.

Caitlin Bell Psychologist services include individual therapy, psychoeducation, assessments, referrals, and advocacy, with a focus on areas such as:

  • Psychodynamic therapy

  • Long-term therapy

  • Anxiety and identity concerns

  • Life transitions and adjustment

  • Personality and relational difficulties

  • Supporting health professionals and professionals
